Here is a fun little fact about Audrey, she was not only an activist, world icon, and Oscar winner....she also had a pet deer! The fawn, nicknamed lp, or Pippin, played her sidekick in the 1959 flick "Green Mansions." Audrey was given the instruction to take lp home with her off set so it would learn to follow her. Pippin soon began curling up on the foot of her bed at night and following her all around town while she ran errands, stopping many in their tracks to observe the tiny fawn trotting behind her. It must have been so surreal to see the pair walking around town together.
